SULECO has established a strong collaboration with the Postgraduate Institute of Archaeology (PGIAR), University of Kelaniya, the premier institution for postgraduate training in archaeology in Sri Lanka. Central Cultural Fund

The Central Cultural Fund (CCF) of Sri Lanka was established in 1980 under the Central Cultural Fund Act, No. 57 of 1980. The CCF was created to provide funds for the development, restoration, and preservation of cultural and religious monuments in Sri Lanka, as well as to support cultural activities both locally and internationally.

Its objectives include offering financial assistance to artists, craftsmen, writers, painters, musicians, and others engaged in promoting cultural activities, and recognizing individuals who have significantly contributed to the nation's cultural and religious heritage.

SULECO has proudly collaborated with the CCF to support cultural heritage preservation and archaeological research. Through this partnership, SULECO has provided state-of-the-art scanning and modeling technologies to assist the CCF in documenting and protecting invaluable cultural assets, contributing to the ongoing mission of preserving the nation’s historical legacy.

Archeological Department of Sri Lanka

SULECO has also worked closely with the Department of Archaeology of Sri Lanka, an institution founded in 1890 with the mission to protect and manage the country's archaeological heritage. This partnership has enabled the deployment of advanced geospatial and imaging technologies to document and conserve historical sites and artifacts, ensuring the preservation of Sri Lanka's rich cultural past for future generations.

Founded in 1877, the National Museum is the largest and oldest museum in Sri Lanka, dedicated to safeguarding and showcasing the island’s rich history and cultural treasures.

Through this collaboration, SULECO has provided state-of-the-art scanning and modeling technologies to assist the museum in digitizing and preserving invaluable artifacts, enhancing public access, and contributing to the ongoing mission of conserving the nation’s cultural legacy.

University of Sri Jayewardenepura

SULECO has extended its collaborative efforts to the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, supporting the institution's mission to preserve and promote its cultural and historical heritage.

By providing advanced 3D scanning and modeling technologies, SULECO has helped the university digitally document and recreate significant heritage sites and artifacts on campus.
